Over the years, we have honed our Relocation Management System into a well-defined procedure to cover all the phases of every relocation, no matter how simple or complex. Two individuals are key to our system: the relocation coordinator and the account executive. The account executive is charged with the responsibility of handling all face to face communications with the personnel responsible for Company relocations. This may include the development of a relocation policy, contract negotiations, trouble shooting, local surveys, and keeping account personnel informed of new service developments and industry news.
The responsibility of the relocation coordinator is oriented toward the day to day contacts that are involved with each move. These include attending to all of the "details". Included in their job description is order registration, origin and destination agent assignment, pre-move counseling, quality control follow up and reporting to the Company and the account executive any and all problems, concerns or claims that may result during a move.
When you decide to transfer an employee, a simple email or phone call to a coordinator's direct line is all that is needed to put our Corporate Relocation Management System into place.
