Each transferee will deal with their own efficient, experienced and pleasant relocation coordinator. The coordinator will act as the employee's advocate, walking him or her through the moving process. The responsibility of the relocation coordinator is oriented toward the day to day contacts that are involved with each move. Included in their job description is order registration, origin and destination agent assignment, pre-move counseling, and quality control follow up.
Perhaps the best measure of our Relocation Management System is how well it handles the unexpected problem.
