The office and warehouse complex is a modern, prefabricated steel building with 21,000 square feet of warehouse space and 4,000 square feet of offices located on 7.5 acres. Currently we have 850 household goods storage vaults on premises. Electronics and high value products are handled in a separate building that offers rack storage and hydraulic dock service. Loading and unloading capabilities are ideal, consisting of 100 feet of sheltered dock area as well as a drive-in bay at the rear of the warehouse. Security is provided by a central station system that monitors heat, sound and motion on a 24 hour basis. The property also offers five acres of outside storage for containers, trailers and other bulk items.
Approximately 40 full time drivers, movers and warehouse personnel work in this facility, along with a supporting office staff. Much of our accounting and bookkeeping takes place in Doylestown.
