Network Relocation
Uniquely Qualified
We know that the relocation of your voice and data infrastructure system is a crucial part of the move. To that end, we've partnered with Network Relocation Service to relocate desktop computers, network servers and related technology. Prior to the move, an NRS Project Manager will meet with your IT department to discuss the requirements for the relocation. Project Managers are uniquely qualified CNE, MCP networking engineers experienced in planning and implementing network relocations.
Workstations to Network
Prior to the actual movement of your computer systems, NRS Relocations Technicians will prepare workstations for transit. They will work closely with the movers to ensure that the systems are handled with the proper care. At destination, NRS will reassemble the systems as designated by your IT department and power up the system to test for connectivity and functionality.
NOC Room Server Relocation
The NOC Room Server Relocation will be performed by Level II Network Relocation Technicians under direct supervision of your IT Department and our Project Manager. The goal is to have NRS work together seamlessly as an extension of your own IT Department.
Voice & Data Cabling
NRS offers high end compliance and structured cabling solutions, CAT, 5e/6, Fiber-Optics and Voice. After installation of the cable system it will be terminated, compliance tested and tagged. NRS Technicians will also trace and test existing cabling for certification to ensure that your new location will support your voice and data cabling requirements.
Post Move Network Support
After the completion of the relocation, the NRS Lead Network Relocation Technician and Project Manager will walk through the facility with a member of your IT Department to ensure that all systems are up and running. Any additional connections or configurations deemed necessary can be addressed at this time. NRS technicians will run a new connection or re-configure on the spot.
